Almost every business is online today — in the trades around 97 % (Bitkom/ZDH “Digitalisierung des Handwerks” 2025, n=504). But being online alone brings no enquiries. What matters is what your site actually delivers:

Every site we build comes with the local foundation: a complete and correctly categorised Google Business Profile, consistent contact data (NAP) throughout, structured data (LocalBusiness / sector-specific schema) and real location and service pages — no duplicated city-spinning that Google penalises. For location-bound businesses the catchment area matters more than blanket reach: your clients search locally, so you win locally.

And we think beyond pure SEO: searchers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI overview for recommendations. To be citable there as a source, you need clean structure and clear signals. We build them in — and show you how to test for yourself whether the AI names you.

Built legally sound to the current legal position, not patched afterwards

We know the rules of your sector — and build to them from the start.

Generic agencies build a pretty site and leave the legal side to you. With us, compliance is part of the build, sector-specific:

  • Doctors & practices: HWG- and MBO-Ä-compliant, factual patient information instead of warnable cure claims. Including the fresh position on before/after images: on 31.07.2025 (I ZR 170/24) the BGH extended the before/after ban to hyaluronic / filler injections. Botox is not covered and has not been settled by the highest court — we claim nothing here that is not in the ruling.
  • Lawyers & firms: self-presentation that respects § 43b BRAO and the BORA — no inadmissible superlatives, no success rates, but the complete mandatory disclosures (DL-InfoV incl. professional-liability insurer with territorial scope) that competitors otherwise warn over.
  • Tax advisors: advertising that complies with § 57a StBerG and § 9 BOStB — factual information without sensational promotion, mandatory disclosures under § 42 BOStB cleanly set.
  • Everywhere: complete imprint under DDG § 5, DSGVO-compliant hosting in Germany, data-minimising forms and a cookie consent that meets the requirements.

Accessibility (BFSG) — the honest answer: we build every site accessibly because it is a better site. But we do not scare you: since 28.06.2025 the BFSG mainly obliges providers with online booking, a shop or comparable interactive services. Micro-enterprises — fewer than 10 employees and at most 2 million euros annual turnover (both conditions must be met) — and pure information sites are generally exempt. What applies to your site we tell you straight, instead of inventing an obligation.

Do I get a guarantee of rank 1 on Google?
No. Reputable providers do not guarantee rankings; in the lawyer and tax-advisor context such a promise would even be problematic under professional law. mcmedia builds cleanly and makes progress visible monthly in the cockpit, instead of promising something no one can keep.
Does my website have to be accessible under the BFSG?
